Losing fat requires a lot of dedication and everyone has to make big changes to their current habits. But anyway there are a few easy ways to lose fat quickly and easily and the power comes from within.

* First of all maximize your muscle tissue as much as you can. Muscle is like a furnace that just keeps burning calories. The more muscle mass you have the more calories you burn. It is that simple. For example 1 pound of muscle can burn up to 50 calories per day. if you are able to build 10 pounds of muscle in 3 months then on average you would burn 500 calories more each day. Walking and jogging don´t increase muscle mass so these should not be done that often. But weight training does increase muscle mass. So start weight training now.
* A big mistake that you also can make, most people do make this mistake, is to starve yourself with diets. This is the worst thing you could do. so throw the whole idea out of your head. Eat 5-6 small frequent meals a day to avoid blood sugar spikes and also eat protein with every meal. Never skip meals, especially breakfast.
